Anyone know any good websites with good insight on effects settings and purpose of settings and info about what effects to user where?

it doesn't work. Are you sure address is correct. And is there more info on effects settings anywhere else. There must be a site out there.

The best place I know of (actually by far the best place I know of, without even a close second) is <b><a href="http://www.buzzfox.com">buzzfox</a></b>.

You need flash installed, but they have interactive demos using real samples of a whole lot of equipment. Perhaps not the best for the bandwidth limited among us, but still it's a great site. Just click around, go to specific effects units and they'll usually have samples available. Also they link to longer samples when they're available.

Thanks Mr. A . Yeah Some of the other sights only have sound samples. This one is a big improvement
