What's the difference between Ptab and Tabit, what makes Ptab better? I wanted to know this stuff before I dl it. I know tabit costs $20 but my friend gave me the key, I could post it as an attachment, and ya'll could dl it. Then we could have a tabit forum. I've made a move to make a Christian Tabs section on the Tabit site, does the Ptab site have a downloadable tabs section? And if so, does it have a Christian section?

I would recommend downloading powertab. It is pretty comprehensive when it comes to tablature. It looks just like something out of a guitar magazine and can do anything your guitar can (pretty much) from trills, artificial harmonics, vibrato, etc, plus a lot of helpful tools. I looked at Tabit a few weeks ago but I don't know how much it had. I like PT better though. The PT website has no tabs but has links to sites with Ptabs. THis site is the only one I know of with Christian ptabs. As for letting others download for free what cost $20, it is probably not a good idea, due to copyright laws and other stuff. But Ptab is freeware and a great program. I would recommend it. Check out the tabs we've sent in too.
