ok i have and iriver t10 and it's been working wonderfly until we had to take or computer to get fixed (i don't know why) and we got it back my mp3 player wasn't there anymore so i plugged it in and it said new device detected and i did some things and then a little message came up that said something like the device mighnt not work or something. my mp3 player still works fine. so i tried that alot and it would go throough stepa like insert the cd that came with it and it didn't work. so then i just plugged in the mp3 player and inserted the cd and then a totally different series of windows came up to intall the winmedia10 but my computer dose not recognize my iriver t10 and now when i plug it in the new device has been detected dosn't show up?
