Sing? I love to sing! I love it so much it's my major! That and music therapy...but that's another subject!

All I can say is that it's good to warm up before you sing. Start out kind of whisper-talking, like "Hi", and "Hello", but using your whole range, going up then back down. And yes, it sounds really weird, but it helps!
Also, you can put your hand on your stomach above your belly button where your diaphragm is and using a 'ch' sound blow out the song Happy Birthday (or any other song you like) without vocalizing it. When you blow out, your stomach should go in. And when you breathe, make sure your shoulders do not go up, instead that your stomach goes out, filling your lungs with air. Once you do this for a while you will notice a difference. Scales and such help too. When you sing scales, try using different syllables like zoom, and loom, and floom, with an 'e' at the end of each so it's like "zoome, zoome, zoome, zoome, zoome, zoom."
It's also a good idea to stretch your whole body, especially your upper body and massage your facial muscles and jaw before singing too, when you warm up. I think that's about all I can think of now. Warming up makes a big difference! Also drink plenty of water!
Does that help? I'm in no way an expert, but I hope this helps!Have fun! :D

thanks, I think that helps me a lot, hey...do you know how to get higher notes without letting out your air too much and making it as loud as I can. Is reaching high notes = singing louder, beacuse sometimes I can see someone singing in high notes without having any effort or force....I really appreciate it if you can help me...:P
