Hawk nelson screams?

I was flipping through the channels the other day and I saw some dues rawking out, so I watched it. It turned out it was hawk nelson, and in one of the songs the singer did a bit of screamo. By all means he sucked at it, but I never knew HN did screamo....

I have no idea, but he screamed in this song, and I know it was hawk nelson, because well, they said it was on the screen

My guess is that they weren't singing one of their songs but one written by someone else. Either that or they have an new song out where they scream

their song nothing left to show has a little screamo in it. and i mean, if you have nothing left to show, why not scream? and i think he does wonderfully at it. (if you wonder why, look under my username. Jason Dunn is the lead singer of HN)

yeah it probably was the song nothing left to show. its not really screamo but in one part of the song he kinda does. if you tell me what the video was like i could probaly tell you if it was that song or not.

I think on the album, Josh Head of Emery does that little screaming thing in "Nothing left to show" and Jason Dunn sings with it. that might explain why he was so bad at it

I think hawknelson screaming in there songs are cool like, is forever enough, nothing left to show, and some other song are cool beacuse that show how good how much more punk rock they have become i hope i here more screaming in there next album. PUNK RULES:clap: :D

i've never heard of this "scearming" but i'd like find out what it is.. also, there's no such thing as screaming lessons... all there is, is practice, and talent... that's it...

third, while you still listen to HN, you shouldn't call yourself "Hard punkrocker" because there's nothing hard or punk or rock about HN...
He wasnt speaking to you directly as a dude, so there was no reason to say anything about it.If he had quoted a post from you and then said dude I can understand that, but he was not speaking directly to you.Second he can type however he would like, whether you like it or not.And third he can call himself whatever he would like, despite your opinion on the band.And I want everyone here to know that the term hard redarding music is subjective.To me a hard band would be Becoming the Archetype is hard, and to others a band like TFK would be hard.And lastly I want everyone here to stop bashing bands that you dislike.I dont mind anyone saying that they dont like a band for any particular reason, but all I have noticed lately is people taking cheap shots at every oppurtunity that they get and I want it to stop, its neither loving nor Christian and wont be permited.

Maybe so, but he can still type how he likes here.If its too hard for you to read, then dont try.But Hardrock Punker, as AxGuitar suggested, it would be easier and more enjoyable for those who read your posts, if you used punctuation and orginized your thoughts.

Guys, seriously...

This is insane. I dislike Hawk Nelson's pop. But I don't come around flaming because I do not enjoy their music. However, try not to flame. Whether you like an artist or not doesn't matter that much. And lest anyone say I just dislike punk, I was going to punk rock shows 10-11 years ago, and still like true punk rock.

However, liking a style of music is not an excuse for bad attitudes which go against the commands of God. Every word, whether spoken or typed will be judged by God. Live, speak and type in light of that truth. Know whats scary? All of us here will answer for what we have posted on CGR.

Typing properly and with punctuation merely insures people understand you. Some of the posts in this thread were completely incomprehensible, and I read 1337 and n00b fairly adeptly. It in essence shows respect to your readers, and will earn respect.

Obviously some people's styles will differ, but please show the respect to type in a way thhat does not make everyone scratch their collective heads. Please at least try. I am not 50 years old, (try half that) and I am dyslexic. I just take the time to proofread my posts.

WEll think you for being nice i guess? But i think the band hawk nelson lead singer should get vocal lessens. I think hawk nelson should have more songs like " Is forever enough" , And " Nothing left to show. they are good who here thinks there should team up with Blink182.
