i was wondering how the dano phaser and compressor compare to their mxr counterparts?(phas 90,dynacomp)this board seems pretty biased towards dano,try not to be :)

Well I got the Dano phaser Im happy with it but i havent messed around with much other bands so yeah.Sorry im partial to dano hah

I use two Dano Pedals an eq and a chorus, but for Phaser I prefer the MXR and Electro Hoarmonix's Small Stone.

i just cant get into teh small stone,everyone rave about it,but i definately prefer the phase 90,i was just wonder how the dano compared to it.thanks

I am looking for an MXR faze 100 but can only find the 90. um i have a dano phazer and i use to play lots of songs by "Lit" and i used the pahzer for that thy sound close enugh to pull off. plus i paid like $40 for the dano and $69 for the mxr! $29 was enuogh of a diffrence to buy the dano for me but its all up to you!

I know I seem to be the Dano guy here but I'll be un-biased. Dano's phazzzer is pretty good. You really can't stretch the phase to much, it's really subtle. The Compresser sucks. I really can't say why but it doesn't just whack hi-low signals. It chokes them to death. I played around with it at Long& McQuade's (Canada's Guitar Center) and I felt like I was losing air. I wanted to runoutside and take a deep breath. Maybe that's some exxageration, but that's my word!
