what did the guys say to you when you were getting your picture with them?? i thought it might be funny to hear....
this was my brothers:

After a show about a year or so ago Nick went up, hugged Matt T and said (Nick is the next Tom Green... he is never serious) "I just wanted to let you know, you are my greatest inspiration"

Matt replied: [singing] "You're the meaning of my life, you're my inspiration...." (Chicago's 'Your My Inspiration')

RK used to do an AWESOME cover of that song at shows...i haven't heard it in a couple years, though.

I will never get my picture taken with them because I think that is too cliche, but I will always remember the conversations.

M@ and Brian at Creation West at the signing table:
At the same time, "Dude, you guys have robots on your shirts!!!"
I say, "Yeah, we made them just for today!"
Brian says, "I wish I had a robot shirt..."
M@ leans over, whisper to Brian, "Me too, man. Me too."

And the most recent was in Sea-Tac here in WA at some church where they were on tour with FIF and Ace.

M@ by the merchandise stand looking at everyone's sock:
I say to M@, "My sock's name is 'Fif'." (Not after Five Iron, but for something else).
M@ says, "You have a jamaican sock named 'Fif'? Neat!"

if any thing is too cliche its an autograph line/signing table. they are horrible.
i don't really care about that. but i usually don't get my pics with bands either. I've seen relient k a lot and never took a camera to any of them except this last time we had to get pictures for a newsletter.
it was pretty funny.....

but i was at creationwest. i work there.

the funniest thing that m@ did when i was there... there was these two girls there wanting a pic with him... and one of the girls was like.. "you have to marry me!" and then the other one was like, "if you marry her, you have to marry me too!!"
so m@ puts this like silly look on his face and was like... "SURE!"
anyway... i think it was one of those things where you had to see it.. it was really funny. :)
besides that... when i was talking to him, i had the cover of my CD for him to sign.. and the girl from FIF was there too, and she was like, "did you thank me in the cd cover?" and so he used mine to look through... but as soon as she walked away a little... he gave it back to me and was like... "we'll put this away... cause i didnt' thank her and i dont want her to find out!" (he DID sign it first though:))

yes.. I spose an autograph line was cliche. I normally wouldn't have done it, and I'm not just saying this. My friend got me totally pumped for Creation and she, (being a rK fan as well), was determined to get their attention is one way or another. She made me and her sister make shirts with robots on them, (you know about their thing with robots), and she wore one too, and we wore them to the show. Ultimately, I felt very cheesy, but it was for a friend, and I was glad Brian and M@ liked them. Trust me, I won't do it again. :rolleyes:

I never got to actually see RK in concert. I was supposed to go to their first concert on the Eletric Youth tour, but they were having a prayer service at our church for the Sept. 11th attacks, so I stayed home. But my friends went, and since he's really awesome he got me a RK poster:D and then he got M@ to sign it...my friend was like "this is for my friends who couldnt make it here" and M@ was like "Your friends are cool" or something like that....lol
