Hey,

Mr. Cooper has been a Baptist since at least 1994, maybe even longer.

He's certainly been claiming to be a Christian for over 10 years.

...why on earth did you bring up Marilyn Manson?

I've heard the same thing. I don't know him so I don't know for sure. It's his business anyways, between him and God.

'Cuz theyre both considered the biggest shock/horro/whatever rockers. He started to really believe 20 years ago and shows it more and more in his lyrics. At least... from what I've read.
My sister says that if youre christian and repent you shouldnt go on doing everything. I think thats not true in that case. She also said hed represent the hell... but hes doing it more to warn the people its not the place they should get to be. Besides... I can live as a christian skater/Rocker. Christianity isnt made to be boring. But thats another topic.
Thing I wanna know is... can it be bad for me if I listen to it?

His last two guitarist (Damon Johnson currently and before him was Eric Dover ) are both from Bama I see them from time to time and both say he is a believer. I don't know the man myself but his lyrics on the Last Temptation CD show a strong Christian theme.

...right and beyond that there is no connection between the two of them. Alice Cooper was popular 30 years ago and then had a resurgence of popularity 20 years ago. They weren't even popular at the same time. Your statement was equivalent to me saying, "Relient K is Christian, but Green Day are not."

My sister says that if youre christian and repent you shouldnt go on doing everything.
You're going to have to define "everything." I can't read your mind.

I think thats not true in that case. She also said hed represent the hell...
Huh?

Thing I wanna know is... can it be bad for me if I listen to it?
Why would it be bad to listen to the music of a Christian?

Only in a sense. If he's a believer, then we are one body with him. In that case it isn't just between him and God. In another sense, he could be a non-Christian in which case it would be our duty to share the gospel with him. Thus it also would not be just between him and God.
