I know what pedals are and stuff but, how to you plug them into your guitar and amp?? What exactly are pedal boards and what do they do???-Adam

how do you plug them into your guitar/amp?

you get soem guitar cables and connect everything,basically instead of just going straight to teh amp,put the pedal in teh middle,and use an extra cord.

what is a pedal board?

a bord to put pedals on,they range from cheap(100$) to expensive(300$) and I'm sur emor.but the best ones are homemade,you can make them to fit you perfectly.

some amps also have an effects loop, this allows you to use the sound of the amp without any alteration to the tone that pedals can create when they are infront of the input.

yeah, my amp is like a '68 model so it doesn't have that, but that's cool! Um, that's all a pedal board does?? In my Musicians Friend catolouge it says that a pedal board gives the pedals power too?? -Adam
