I bought this CD with the highest hopes and most anticipation I've had for a CD since Five Iron Frenzy's last CD came out.
To say the least, I was dissapointed. The new vocalist doesn't do it for me at all. Deep, growling vocals and a baritone voice. There's also quite a bit more singing than the previous releases.
The music has changed stylistically as well, becoming heavier and forsaking the melodies that made them stand out so much in the slew of metal(core) bands.
One highlight, however, is the fact that they use "It's Going to be Ok" and put words to it. It's nice to hear that song on there.
I really just had to get that off my chest as a dissapointed fatguy.
