It's somehow fitting that Max lists as one of his musical influences John Lennon. Some could compare DC Talk to the Beatles of the Christian rock scene.

Man, dc Talk absolutely ROCKS 'DA HOUSE!! I love just about every song they've written. (especially post-Jesus Freak). It's funny, I just did that poll for fav. song, and I was thinkin', "hey, is there a way to vote for all of them?" I love those guys. K-Max also has a very sweet website. Haven't heard the solo album yet, but I will soon, as soon as I gather up the money to get it. Well, Kids, have a good day everyone!

Hey, Welcome to the new MOD! SCCdcTFreak! And right off the bat, a question for 'im! You're one of the first people I've run into that likes Supernatural better than JF. I would love to hear why 'cause it seems like everybody always goes for JF by default. I happen to like them equally.

Thanks for the welcome, Sonic,

I think I didn't come across the way that I should have on that last post. When I said "post Jesus Freak," I meant everything after, including Jesus Freak. I do happen to think that Intermission is the greatest album that they've had yet, because for instance, the song "My Will" is on that one, and you can't find it on any of their other albums, and it has GOT to be one of my most fav. songs in the world. Jesus Freak was like their "coming out" album that showed this totally different side to them that EVERYONE (including myself) just loved and said, "give it to me again." Supernatural then came in with another alternative sound to it, although it had more of a Euro-Pop sound to it. I really like it -- still not QUITE as much as Jesus Freak, but I do like it a lot. I especially like the way they did the funk sound for "Wanna Be Loved," and then the punk/ska sound for "Since I Met You." They truly are just one of the most versatile bands in the world that can do just about any kind of sound that they want to, and I absolutely love their music. Well, I could go on all day, but you know, some people need time to do other things, so I'll go for now. Y'all take it easy and have a nice day, don't work too hard, all the usual jazz, yadda, yadda, yadda. ;)

I think that's the story of DC Talk in a paragraph. :D

I'm impressed, a worthy Mod!
