It will be called "Dawn Escapes", and if it is anything like the current song out right now, called "Exit Calypsan", it will be many time better than "Crashings".

Is anyone looking forward to this?

I sure as heck am! Falling Up is like one of my favorite bands, and I love Crashings. From what I hear (actually only from David :lol: Thanks, man), the one track named "Exit Calpsalyn (sp?)" is supposed to be better than anything on Crashings :yep: I am highly anticipating this cd.

If anyone wants to hear "Exit Calypsan" before the CD comes out, get the X2005 CD. If I were to compare "Exit Calypsan" to any song on Crashings, it would be to "Broken Heart", except "Exit Calypsan" is so much better.

This is all the info I could come up with, but I'm gonna e-mail Jessy Ribordy and find out further details if I can.

yeah ive seen them a couple time in the past 2-3 months and they havent played anything new not even exit calypsan but im seeing them in oct like a week before the release and hopefully theyll play new stuff

anyways i actually dont like exit calypsan its a little to repetitve so if its all like that ill be dissapointed but ill still like em

also falling up annouced that joe k left the band ( the curly hair guitarist ) and i was really ticked cause he was cool the coolest one

I must say that I think the album is sweet. There are a whole lot of really good songs that will have you singing along right away. the guitar riffs are great and the drums have improved: he plays some really good stuff. while I can't get into a few songs, the rest of the album is just incredible.

Got it a few days ago. Excellent stuff. Some of the songs sound a bit too similar, but other than that, it's a great CD. Buy it. Now. :yep:

Crashings was good, I like this one way more already. :clap:
It must be pretty sweet, because I thought Crashings was pretty good with songs like Broken Heart, Escalates, and Bittersweet it was great.

Crashings is currently my favorite cd, but from what people have been saying, I expect Dawn Escapes to top it :yep: Can't wait to get it :goodnope:

Hey I just got it! I just got home from Barnes and Noble, and I listened to it in my car on the way home. I come to one conclusion: IT ROCKS! Nice to see Falling Up has produced another album at least as good as Crashings :yep: I figured it'd be hard to top, but Dawn Escapes is a little better :yep:

Falling Up is definately my favorite band now.....i thought they could never top crashings but they actually pulled it off....Dawn Escapes is a great CD!!!!!

That's exactly how I felt :yep: But they did top it!

Hey everyone talk about Falling Up as much as you can cuz I just requested a Falling Up sub-forum, and we won't get one unless there is more discussion of Falling Up. And we need a Falling Up sub-forum! WHO'S WITH ME?
