I'm actually not a mod, but I have seen this enough that I know how to react to these kinds of threads.

Yes I actually saw them live when they were Blisse. I've listened to some of their stuff but I've not thus far been greatly impressed. A have a friend who really likes them though.

The Afters? Gotta love 'em. Josh Havens is married to a friend of mine from college (she drug me to my first bible study--I owe her big time!). I chatted with him and met the rest of the group at Spirit West Coast in Del Mar a few months ago (Cara and Ethan couldn't make it--major bummer). Unfortunately, I haven't been able to catch one of their shows yet but I really dig I Wish We All Could Win, especially "The Way You Are".

As far as looks go, maybe it's just the hair....

I think the afters are great. They sound like they've been a band in the music world for years. I saw them live at a mercyme concert. They do sound a lot like U2, which is the greatest band ever :) Someone said something about them being called Blisse???????

They played at the National Youth Convention I went to. You can see a pic of them and me and some people from my youth group by clicking that myspace link.
