Something I'm wondering about that song. The lyrics are real hateful and I can barely listen to it past the chorus. Is there some spiritual message in the song or is it just an attempt to make mainstream listeners like them?

For me personally, it's probably the only one of thier songs that I can't sing along with because I personally can't relate to its meaning, so yeah.

I saw them live, and John explaind the song. It was about the relationship he had with his dad growing up, if I remember correctly, and so thats what the song is about. It is a very good song. I listend to it this morning, actually.
