You could even check out a few of their songs on that cd if you go to Tri-Rock radio www.classicgod.com/trirock and request one of their songs and it should come on in about 15 min as long as they aren't playing a show (check at the bottom of the page it lists all the shows and times) and as long as somebody doesn't have a ton of requests. You can check out basically any Positive 80's band on that site and request them, it is pretty sweet.

If you are looking for songs to listen to from the "Fire and Love" album

My favs are

Power of Love
Turnaround
Fire and Love

those are just awesome rock songs, so if you get a chance to check them out on Tri-Rock radio it is definitely worth it.

Honestly it depends on which album they are really diverse

Really Old school Guardian was like a futuristic metal (albums Voyager and Fusion)

"First Watch" (more of a classic metal)

my favorite is

"Fire and Love" (80's heavy metal with a touch of blues)

my second fav is

"Miracle Mile" -I think that's the one you have* (80's heavy metal mixed with Blues, a little bit like Aerosmith)

Then their albums after that were either Alternative/Modern Rock or Spanish Rock

Most fans classified Guardian's best sound as their 80's metal sound on their
"Fire and Love", "Miracle Mile", and "First Watch" albums
Guardian is considered by many (including me) to be one of the best Christian 80's heavy metal bands, they were definitely pretty original.
If you are into basically any 80's metal/classic rock you will probably like Guardian. Guardian isn't really similar to any other bands but if I had to name a few I would say Extreme or Winger

But on the album I recommend (Fire and Love) it is like a 80's Heavy Metal with a little bit of blues on their ballads or on a few of their rock songs. That album has to be one of my fav albums of all-time it flat out rocks!
