hey guys, i have the upstairs CD, and i've seen alot of reviews of it praising the videos and chords charts included on it. i've been trying for like 20 minutes to open the video and chord chart and i've got nothing. i checked the release date and the '04 date on my CD matches the '04 release date on the CD these websites were talking about with the videos and such. does anybody have an idea on how to open all these extras? any help would be great, feel free to email me at sk8crazy07@netscape.net . thanks
