Jonodude graciously told me about an online store from Australia selling earthsuit's <em>The Rise of Modern Simulation</em> a while back...I finally ordered it. You can buy it <a href="http://www.cmp.com.au/shopcart/product_info.php?products_id=49158">here</a>.

By the way, shipping is only $1. Change the pricing between Australian dollars, US dollars, and Euro dollars (?!) if you want. This CD is just 15USD.

I can't wait to get it. I have most of the MP3s from the album, but I'm really interested in the video footage...and owning an actual copy as well. :D

.....I just noticed there's also a <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=307&item=4732415532&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW">used copy</a> on sale on eBay. The bidding is at 99 cents right now, so you may want to try that one out before spending $16.

Oh yeah, I got it. And I'm quite pleased. The videos are good, and the artwork is a bit cooler than you may have guessed. That's all there is to say, really. :)

Just ordered it this morning. I have all the music off of the CD (as well as everything from both of their EPs), so all I'm really concerned with is the video portion, and having the actual CD.

Same here. I got it yesterday, and I begged my sister off the computer so I could watch the videos. ;) The quality is not too bad...as in, the pixels in full screen mode aren't <em>that</em> big. And the artwork is indeed a bit cooler than I thought it would be (I had not even seen a clear picture as to what in the world the front art was like).

[EDIT]Watched the videos a couple days ago. Great stuff. What the heck is up with the claymation video though?! That stuff is FUNNY.

Argh...not having that great of an experience with that store. I was charged an additional $18.01 ten days after I ordered it. :stare: It was only supposed to cost me $16, but they charged me $1. Then another $18 (and one cent oddly added on at the end) ten days later. My mom was just asking what that was about...so now I'm off to send them an e-mail.

Just that: true CD quality files of their first two EPs (Earthsuit aka Headless Clown, and Noise For Your Eyes). It's completely legal (i.e., sanctioned by the band) but just to protect bandwith from leeches, I'll be PMing you the link. :)
