I just read this .. i'll put the link below.. but toby is making a new album of remixes of all the songs on his "welcome to diverse city album".

I really hope they remix the dctalk song on the album :P

What is it with musician (particularly those into hip-hop) and remixes? Can't they just write some new songs and leave the old ones alone? Sheesh!

I wonder if there's any particular reason that he remixes everything he writes now...

I think <strike>it's part of his plot to take over the world with his bad music</strike> it's because he likes to hear himself "sing" a little too much.

Hmm, that sucks. According to that post, he's also going to have a song on the soundtrack to the Chronicles of Narnia movie coming out. That too will suck, I assume.

Oh wait... I read the post. It's not going to be in the actual soundtrack to the movie (praise all that is holy). It's going to be a stupid "music inspired by ******" album like the one they put out after The Passion became so popular. You know, the one with an Elvis song? It was obvious that Elvis was very inspired by The Passion after all, even though he NEVER SAW IT. I think it'll be the same way with Narnia. People who more than likely never read the books, and maybe didn't even see the movie, will see fit to say they were "inspired" to write about it. Yeahh...

Anyway... I'm ok with a stupid "inspired by *******" album, because I don't plan on buying it.

Why are you guys dissing Toby Mac? Toby Mac is coming with another remix album because he is more creative than most artists out there and I'm sure it will push Christian music.
