This is my first tab but I'm pretty sure It's right.

 (.) = palm mute

The whole song uses the same three chords in different variations these are the chords: 
 E power chord on the 7th fret then D power chord on the 10th fret 
and B power chord on the 7th fret.

In the Chorus part where he screams goes like this:
