This is my best attempt at Take My Hand. I hope it works for ya. The rhythm 
changes a bit in a couple places, but this should take you far. The basic 
progression is (relative to capo 3): A7sus4, D/B, C9, G, A7sus4/F#. 
4 beats on first 3 chords, 2 on the last 2.
