This song is pretty simple...it's basic fingerpicking.  I know we can't
list the lyrics to this song which are important in getting the chord changes
right, but I'm sure you guys can figure it out by just listening to the song.
If you see something for instance C D (only one space apart) that just
indicates that you play those chords together very quickly, almost as if
they were one chord.  I thought that might help with the timing, 
if it confuses you then I'm sorry.
