Ummm.... yeah. First off, I've gotta say that Building Boy (or whatever his name is... not sure, sorry) has the most accurate version, EXCEPT that on the first chord, I believe that it is not 11th fret on D (making it a C#/Db) but a 9th fret, making it a B. It fits better in with the chords of the song, because E B G# E is an E maj chord, but E B C# E is a very odd E6 chord. The intro is a chord progression of E maj, A maj, then so on, so E6 sounds kinda funny. You never know I guess, but that's what my Switchfoot "the beautiful letdown" tab book says about this song. Then again this was the "Learning to Breathe" CD.

I have listened to Switchfoot for 3 1/2 years. I'm pretty young(15) but have never seen people argue about a song that is so easy to play. Building Boy is very close, but some parts are a little weird. Here is the correct version...

I'd just like to say all you guys crack me up! I personally think that a lot of these tabs sound good and they probably work very well, but you guys are still all wrong. I have the actual Switchfoot: The Beautiful Letdown guitar book that has all of the correct tabs in it because Switchfoot made it. If you want the real intro tab and all of the other tabs for that CD just buy the book or something and quit arguing.
