In a Worship Together book i have the chords are done with a capo IV and are

afer repeating the verse and chorus the bridge is this (it goes up a key here... that might have been what was confusing..)

that's how it's written in the book, but i play it differently.. like this

that might not be right.. but it sounds good to me and it seems that the strumming's a little easier

then after the bridge play the chorus again in the new key.. exchange D for C and D/F# for C/E and G for F and A for G
