a g/b chord is X20033 and a g/e chod is 020033 i think tuning going eadgbe

G/B means the guitar plays a G chord while the bass guitar plays a B. However, you can emulate this on guitar by making the B the root of your chord - in other words - don't play the 6th string G.

The same is true for the G/E - the E is for the bass guitar or an open E on the 6th string as the root of your chord.
