Alright, I was looking at the last tab of this song and it was way off.  So, I took a 
shot at it and I think it's right (sort of surprising actually) :).  Here you go:

First, the last guy to do this tab said he figured out what the intro is but I don't 
have a keyboard to figure it out so I'll take his word for it.  Throughout the rest 
of the song, there're places where, on the cd, it's actually just the keyboard with 
maybe the lead guitar backing up but what I have listed sounds fine when all you have 
is a guitar.  I will work on the lead guitar and the solo soon.  Enjoy!

If you want to do a guitar intro play A2, Bsus, E, A2/C#, A2, Bsus, E, A2/C#, A2/C#...It sounds fine.

The chords are not all "add11" chords. To qualify to be an add11 you must add the 11th to the chords. The chords spelled out at the beginning are not add11 chords except maybe the Badd11 (haven't got there in music theory yet). Other than that, it sounds good.

Day before yesterday, I bought "Live at the Bitter End" at a Salvation Army thrift store, and have played it probably ten times since then. I tried out your chords and they sound OK, so I won't mess with them. I will, however, give you the correct names:

A2 [X02200] is really Asus2.
Bsus [X24400] is right, though it's technically Bsus4.
E [022100] is right.
A2/C# [X42200] is right, and could also be called A(add9)/C#.
Aadd11 [577600] is really A2, a.k.a. A(add9).
Badd11 [799800] is right.
E5add11 [079900] is really E5, a.k.a. E(no3).
