tab revision Ross Kyzar
email:rkyzar@orc.ru
originally tabbed by Collin Derrick (ejd@china2.ygi.edu.cn)
The other way had some mistakes and left some parts out.
(Not that this one is perfect either)
Note- the Dsus at the end of every line in the verse is not necessary.
I just think it sounds better.

i found the first intro easier

jasondietmeyer - 2004-08-14

The chorus you got wrong. It's goes Am7 Em7 Am7 D Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 F(onl;y play the middle four strings on this chord). ALso in the verses, the high E string is not strummed at all. And on the B chords, the low E string is not strummed.

I corrected this intro tab for you. The 12 you have on the A string at the end should really be a 9

jasondietmeyer - 2004-08-14

Am Bm Am C C2 G These are just different inversions of the normal chords.

The chorus you got wrong. It's goes Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 Am7 D Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 F(onl;y play the middle four strings on this chord).

LOL, I forgot about 4 chords here! LOL, okay there I fixed it.

jasondietmeyer - 2004-08-14

HOLY CRAP! I forgot another chord. the first half of the CHORUS should really be: Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 Am7 Em7 D.

THERE It is 100 percent correct now! LOL

Jesusguitar9 - 2005-02-05

I really like this tab. The only thing wrong was:
at the end of the verse you have-- Dsus D
It really is-- 1Dsus 2Dsus

The diffrence between the 1Dsus and 2Dsus chords is the fingering. Here they are:

1Dsus:x00233 2Dsus:x00033

"F(only play the middle four strings on this chord)" that would be easier said as F/C.

and good job everyone. i love this song.

saveferris1643 - 2007-03-07

I think instead of playing the C B2 B, you should just play Cadd9 and G/B. It is a lot easier to play and it sounds just fine.
