hey, im new to this thing.. what does L stand for?? what's a tied note??? how do you play it?? thanks..

Hey milez_2172.
A tied note just means that you keep playing the same note as the one that came before it. So if there's eg. ---10------|-L--------|; it just means you keep playin 10 the whole time.
It's just the tabbing program that changes it to an L if there are 2 consecutive notes that are identical.
It's to give one the idea of how long to tremolo pick a certain note for...
If you listen to the cd when looking at the tab it should be easy enough to figure out.

Hey dude, this is an awesome tab, however it's not tremolo picking that happens (although you can play it like that), but it is a delay pedal. If you go to myspace, search for "Hillsong United Guitars" they have a page and it shows you exactly how to play this intro (there's a video). It's awesome as. There's also the bass solo for Salvation is Here. Good stuff though bro:) All the right notes!

as u all know, its tap delay-ed..

but if u wanna use other delay pedal, set the settings as below:

Feedback level: 5~6
Delay time: 270 ms
Mix level: >5
