you have almost all it right but
the intro needs to be put up higher like in the 12th fret
not on the 1st and stuff! but u got it mostly right

It doesnt matter what fret you're on, hes in the same key. Learn about the guitar a little more. You can play the same note on multiple strings and frets

hey
yer the notes r the same but the ovtave is different
4 example...you have to open E strings (if in E standard tuning) but they sound very different, although they r the same note...i think thats what the original comment was reffering to, the actual octave apart from the notes
