There was no tab for this song, so here is the first attempt. This is my
favourite KITW song. Tune guitars half-step down.

/=slide
bb=slightly bend back and forth

Intro/Chorus:Rhythm Guitar
e-----------------------
b-----------------------
g-----------------------
D-555-555-555-555-5555--
A-555-555-555-555-5555--
E-333-333-333-333-3333--

For the end of the Intro/Chorus, you could do this instead:
e----------
b----------
g----------
D-8-7-5-3--
A-8-7-5-3--
E-6-5-3-1--

But, it doesn't really matter. Either way sounds fine.

Intro/Chorus:Lead Guitar
e---------------------------
b---------------------------
g---------------------------
D-8-55-8-55-8-55-8-55-875---
A------------------------8--
E---------------------------

Verse 1:Rhythm Guitar
e----------------------------------------
b----------------------------------------
g----------------------------------------however many times
D----------------------------5555--------
A-55555555-44444444-33333333-3333-33-55--
E-33333333-22222222-11111111-------------
pm........ ........ ........ ....

Verse 1:Lead Guitar. These chords are hard, so good luck!
e----------------------------------
b----------------------------------
g-7-7-7-7-6-6-6-6-5-5-5-5-9-9-9-9--
D-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8--
A-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x--
E-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--
You figure out when to come in

Pre-Chorus:for these slides, just slide up from open notes
e---------------
b---------------
g---------------
D---8---3/8--7--
A-6---5--/8--7--
E--------/6--5--

Chorus

Verse 2 starts out with the hard lead chords, without the Rhythm guitar. Then
play the rhythm guitar part from Verse 1, and play this lead pattern over it:
e---10---13-10---10---12-10---10---8---8-8-8-8--
b-8----8-------8----8-------8----8---8--8-8-8---
g-----------------------------------------------
D-----------------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------------------
E-----------------------------------------------

Pre-Chorus
Chorus

Now the Bridge:
e---------------------------------------
b---------------------------------------
g---------------------------------------
D-77777777-66666666-99999999-222-22222--
A-55555555-44444444-77777777-222-22222--
E----------------------------000-00000--
  ........ ........ ........

One lead note
b-7

Bridge Part 2:Rhythm Guitar
e---------------------------------------
b---------------------------------------
g-77777777-66666666-99999999------------
D-77777777-66666666-99999999-222-22222--
A-55555555-44444444-77777777-222-22222--
E----------------------------000-00000--

Bridge Part 2:Lead Guitar
(x8=play 8 times)
e-----------------
b-9--7----7x8--9--
g-----------------
D-----------------
A-----------------
E-----------------
The first 7th fretted note on the b string is very weak and hard to hear,
but it's there

Then play pre-chorus and Chorus

And we're done! It should be mostly right.

Still Sleepwalking,
Patrick

wow, i was playing this and was thinking how did you figure this out! i tried to tab it before and stopped half way through it cause it was to hard for me to figure out. from what i can tall this sounds right (although i cant quite play the lead guitar in the verse). so i'll give it it a 5. good job!:)

akaukal - 2006-05-30

Thanks alot! I know what you mean about the lead guitar in the verse. That took me over 2 hours to get right.

ice_wiz - 2006-06-01

Good tab akaukal, I can't seem to find anything wrong with it, so this must of taken some time.

akaukal - 2006-06-01

Thanks ice_wiz. Yeah, it took awhile. I wanted to get everything right.

If you play in drop D like this then you can kind of do both rythm and lead
guitar from the intro at the same time:
D-7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4--7-6-4--
A-7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4--------7
D-7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4---7--4-4---------

^ Oops! that last 7 is supposed to be after the 4
