Nobody seemed to notice the Lead Guitar (Yes, there is definitely a
Lead Guitar in this song) so I thought I'd tab it. The Rhythm Guitar mostly
uses heavy distortion, while the Lead Guitar has more of a hollow sound,
with low presence. Listen and you'll hear it.

I love this song. It's cool, catchy and all that, but really it's a song about
dealing with the Devil and his temptations. And the chorus is simply a call
out to God, to be held in his arms and to break away from old problems and the
feeling of "living inside a lie". At first glance this song seems to be just a
heavy, cool rock/metal song without a real meaning, but many times it has
helped me to stay strong. Hope you can feel it the same way as I do.

Outro (Same as Pre-Verse)

Alright, that should be it. I think it should be right, but if I got anything
wrong, please tell me. I hate making tab mistakes so if I have a mistake I
want to correct it immediately. But yeah, I think it should be right.

Please comment and rate the tab. Tell me if it sucks, tell me if it's good.
And if there's a specific song you want me to tab I could sure try to do it.
Just leave a comment or send me a PM if you wonder anything. TFK ROCKS!!!
God Bless,
Daniel

SHARK - 2006-04-20

love the way this intro sounds but how do u do a fade in do u need a pedal?

SHARK - 2006-04-20

coffe break?lol.

Dani_Boy - 2006-04-21

You'll need effects. Either they add effects from a computer, or the could probably have it in pedal form. If you want to do a fake fade, just play it really soft and then stronger and stronger :)

SHARK - 2006-04-22

GREAT!Ill have to get hang of the chorus but im getting there.

Dani_Boy - 2006-04-22

I didn't notice any of those extra added things like

G|-----------|..G|-----|
D|--2--2-22--|..D|--0--|
A|--2--2-22--|orA|--5--|
D|--2----2---|..D|--0--|

until I started tabbing the song. Those details is what makes it tricky. It's fun to play them, but a long time until I found out I just played the straight chords. Anyway, see if you can master those details, make it a fun challenge :)

ice_wiz - 2006-04-28

Okay, so I finally got around to play this and it is awesome! Keep up the good work!

3rd Bassman - 2006-06-12

Good tab! The only issue is the pre-verse type riff.
it should be
D|0/2---xxx22200
A|0/2---xxx22200
D|0/2---xxx22200

not

D|--2---xx22200
A|--2---xx22200
D|--2---xx22200

Howard Banister - 2006-06-18

yeah the chorus is tough i think...its hard to hear even if you slow it down and clear out all the other sounds

Dani_Boy - 2006-07-16

Okay, bassman, you could very well be right about the hammer-on in the beginning. I did actually consider making it a hammer-on, but when I listened closely it sounded more like a straight chord. Thanks a lot for the advise, I say you just play a hammer-on if you want to or don't hammer on if you don't want to. It's just a matter of taste really.

They do only scratch twice though, not three times.

akaukal - 2006-07-24

Actually, I think bassman has it.
