These chords are correct but to match the CD you will need to capo the second fret and leave the low E string open (put the capo on upside down-Charlie does this a lot).

Me again...I'm noticing that the tab gets pretty messed up when viewed in IE, I guess since I used firefox to type it. So use Firefox for the best viewing.
