The rhythm is easy to catch if you listen to the CD.  
Keep the same rhythm throughout, except a little different around 
the chorus.  
I do the rhythm something like this:

\ \// \ \//  (where \=downstroke and /=upstroke) 
Keep the emphasis on the first downstroke, the beat is slow and 
steady on that.  I think this song is in 3/4 too so it's got that
waltz-y beat.

Good job! I love this song, but I think the strumming sounds better as \ \ / \ \ \ / \ keeping the emphasis on the first down strum of each rep of that. Thanks bro.
