I love this song, I think I got this one in the bag,
maybe not! HA! Anyways, if you are registered PLEASE rate my tab!

Intro: B
If you can't play these then the chords for the verse are: B-G#m-F#sus-E x3
then G#m-E
Guitar 1, Guitar 2: strum
E|--------| E|------|
B|12-11---| + B|12----| x4, bass comes in on the third time
G|-----11-| G|11----|
              D|9 ----|

Verse 1:
Guitar 1 :
E|----------------------------------11|
B|12--------------11--12-----14-------| <-First time only
G|---------11----11-11----------------|

Guitar 2: Strum, Guitar 3: Strum,
B|--12---| E|--2--|
G|--11---| B|--0--|
D|--9----| G|--4--|

Interlude:
Guitar 1:
Same as intro, except twice

Guitar 2: Guitar 3: Strum
B-E-F#sus-G#m E|--2--|
                   B|--0--|
                   G|--4--|

Verse 2:
Guitar 1: Used for rest of verses
Octave lead guitar:
G----8---9---8---6---8-|
D----------------------| repeat as many times as needed
A----6---7---6---4---6-|
E----------------------|

Guitar 2, and 3, both same as first verse parts.

Chorus:
B-E-F#sus-G#m

B-E-C#m-E

The C#m in the chorus is played as an octave chord
G----8---|
D--------|
A----6---|
E--------|

Also the E at the end of the chorus is played as an octave chord
G|---9--|
D|------|
A|---7--|
E|------|

Interlude:
Same as intro

Verse 2: Skip verse 1,
Just do the same thing again

Chorus again
2nd Chorus "we're gonna be alright"

Bass solo:
G|-----------16-16-16-18-18-18-16-16-----16--|
D|18-18-18-18-----------------------18-18--18|
A|-------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------|

G|-------------------------------18-18-16-16-----|
D|------------18-18-18-16-16-16-------------16-16|
A|14-14-14-14------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------|

G|-------------------------------------------------------|
D|-----------18-18-18-21-21-18-18-21-21-18-18------------|
A|19-19-19-19---------------------------------16-16-16-16|
E|-------------------------------------------------------|

G|---------20-20-18-18-16-16-16-----------|
D|18-18-18---------------------16-16-16-16|
A|----------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------------|

Then you go down one octave, which I won't bother typing!

However, at the beginning of the solo the lead guitar does this
B|---4-|
G|--4--|
D|-6---|

Then when Joel starts to singing one of the guitars just strums
this chord:
B|--9--|
G|--8--|

the bridge chords are

G#m-B-E-C#m

The second part of the bridge is the same chords as the chorus!

Then you end with the intro,

if anyone can figure out how todo the bass intro part, email me @
god_reigns_on_high@hotmail.com, or if you want to know how to play the chords
just email me.

oh yeh, once again PLEASE RATE MY TAB!!
