Third Day consists of two guitarists and a bass guitarist, which will 
inevitably make it difficult to imitate their ‘whole sound’ with just one 
acoustic guitar. (They also have a drummer and a lead singer – but I don’t 
imitate them with my guitar.) 
You can see some of the decisions to try and capture that sound. The chords 
I’ve listed for the verse don’t match up with the bass notes in the first 
verse, for instance; however, they match the high-ringing electric guitar. 
Also, the post-verse 1 slide is only played on the bass guitar while
everything else goes silent. In the end, listen carefully to the CD and 
make your own choices.

I know this may be a moot point, but occaisionally Mac will play guitar as well as sing, bringing the guitar count to three.
