This is a great tab.
Can anyone please do the solo bit, cos i got stuck on it.
Thanks

token - 2006-01-27

I think during the solo (i could be off) that there are two guitars playing the same solo (i.e. Martin and Stu), but yes i think this tab is correct

timmark - 2006-01-28

You can try this... probably not exact, but definately on the right track.

For the solo/bridge:
F Dm G C Am Dm-C G E E
F Dm G C Am Dm-C G E

then back into normal progression...

Tim

sveinung - 2006-02-11

Three in a row... this is what i think is the solo-bit

Bb Gm C/E F

D/A Gm F C/E A/C# A

Bb Gm C/E F

D/A Gm F C/E A

Delirious Ste - 2006-08-11

I agree with sveinung, however,I think there are some slight changes.
The first bit is right (Bb Gm C/E F).
The D/A should be a D7 chord, and the A/C# A should be Asus4 A.
To save confusion for others here is the whole passage agin but with corrections.

Bb Gm C/E F D7 Gm F C/E Asus4 A (repeat)

Delirious Ste - 2006-08-22

Actually, the D7 coulb be a D/F#

lostboybinns - 2006-10-10

I just worked it out....will tab at the weekend....it really isnt that hard guys.......sit down and try it ;-)

lostboybinns - 2006-10-15

2 people playing the solo!!! eh???

Delirious Ste - 2006-10-30

Martin dunt do many solos. lol so I dont think there could be 2. He doesnt even play guitar for it! lol

lostboybinns - 2007-01-10

Ok here goes...Ive made it as simple as I really can ;-) i.e few bends as possible and sounds to me like he uses his tremolo for the 3rd note but Ive made it easier and replaced with a pull off and hit on :-) oh, and Ive tabbed it so its totally on the B string

sl = slide
(b) = bend the string
h = hit on
p = pull off

B--3-sl-11---3p2h3-sl-11-8-11(b)-5-6-8-11-10-8-6--7-7-8-7-8-10-11(b)-11-10-8-
(fast)
B-(8h9p8)-5-6-8-5-6-8-3p2h3p2-sl-10p9h10p9h10(hold)-----sl-17

Let me know if you managed to play it ;-)

ttownguitarist - 2007-01-14

Here's what I got for the solo part (although, it's not measured out correctly timewise): legend ("/"=slide up, "p"=pull-off, "h"=hammer-on)

e----------------------------------------------------------
B------7/11--------7/11---12b13--------10b11-10------------
G-5/7-------7-p6h7------12------9-10-12---------12-10--11--
D----------------------------------------------------------
A----------------------------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------------

e----------------------------------------------------
B----------10-12b13-11-10----------------------------
G-12-11-12----------------12--12p10p9---10-12-9-10-12
D----------------------------------------------------
A----------------------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------

Hammer on and off really quick on this part
e-----------------------------------------
B--------------------9h10p9h10--10s/14--16
G-6h7p6h7--9h10p9h10----------------------
D-----------------------------------------
A-----------------------------------------
E-----------------------------------------

I left out the vibrato, you guys can just feel that out. Hope this fits the bill and let God be glorifed though our praises!
In Christ,
-John

lostboybinns - 2007-01-15

sorry mate but think most people will an ear will see my version is more correct lol but well done for tryin!!!! (like the way how I used the word 'see' in connection with hearing!>!>!>!>!> Genius)

advocatebuilder - 2007-10-28

These are all wrong, tunning is dropped down. See the video on you tube, Delerious? shows you first hand how to play it.

lostboybinns - 2008-02-08

They de-tune live only actuallt so the tabs are for the cd version....the de-tuned live performance isnt nearly as good
