Man you where close with the intro and verse.In this song you need two guitars. Im not really sure about the lead guitar cause I play rhythm guitar, but Nic Gonzales(rhythm guitar, and Salvador's leader) plays the 1st part of intro and verse. He holds down Am7 bar chord.So its like this:

D:-5-5-5-5

E:-5-5-5-5
And in the chorus I havent got that down yet but the chords go something like this. Just listen and apply, the chords do not change.

Im 99.9% sure those are the chords because I watch a concert of Nic and Joel play that song like a 100, if not more, because I wanted to learn that song. I just need to get da bridge down.

Ya I got the video from Live From Studio B website and for the guy that made a post before my second one I want you to look at the video and see that the chords that you think are it, are not, dude look, hear and then try to apply. watch you will be very happy at the end

I agree with Martin; I don't believe F is right for the first chord of the chorus. After a number of spins, I believe this sounds closer:
