Okay, you got most of the chords pretty good. The timing isn't really perfect though, and this chord does not look good:

Otherwise I think you did a really good job. I'd say 3.5, so I don't know what to rate really. Good job!

sorry but your tab doesn't sound anything like the cd. I think this version sounds better.

play this 2x for chorus and intro (2x for intro then 2x for chorus)

Actually, now that I look at it, all the chords that have their base note on the G string are written inside-out. Not really good, although most chords are right.
