I'm pretty sure that there is one more chord in the verse but I dont' know what it is.
And I have no idea about the chords for the chours....they sound kinda right.mabye.
Yes I know that there are two guitars but this tab
is for one guitar and I couldn't 
figure out the stuff for the other one.Hopefully this isn't to bad.

Uhh sorry the rhythm isn't quite right;you kinda have to listen to the song to get it.and i sorta think that the highest chord in the chours should be
B 12
G14 instead of x
Dx 9
A16 but i'm not really sure if either are right...

This tab seems more correct + easier to follow than the other one, so ... awesome job! I have one correction though, that both tabs seemed to have missed. In the verses, the "chords" you play for the shots should look like this:
