G----------------x----------------x--
D----------------x----------------x--

Same thing throughout the song. Just listen for the rythm and you'll get it.
During the chorus there are some strummed chords also, but I don't know them.

I'm loving this tab. definetly bang on.
In terms of the chorus chords, i play the same kinda thing. I play:
e----------------x-------------------
B--3------5------x---8------7-----x--
G---------5------x----------7-----x--
D----------------x----------------x--
A--2-----2/3-----x--3/7-----5-----x--
E----------------x----------------x--
just strumming rather than picking, and add the ring finger on the same fret as pinky. thats what i do, it sound ok, lemme know what you think

B--3------5------x---8------7-----x--
G---------5------x----------7-----x--
D----------------x----------------x--
A--2-----2/3-----x--3/7-----5-----x--
E----------------x----------------x--

I think that the tab should be played a little higher, but if it was supposed to be, i couldn't find the right stuff for it anyway!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!
givinit2God - 2006-05-25
i think it sounds better if you play it like this
e-------------x-------------------------------
b-3-----5-----x--------8-----7----------------
g-4-----5-----x--------9-----7----------------
d-------------x-------------------------------
a-2-----3-----x---3/7--7-----5----------------
e-------------x-------------------------------
then it just repeats itself

hmmm i sorta agree with the original tab... note wise, because it doesnt sound like it had that many notes... on the other hand the timing seems off.. but every guitarist probably hav a different feel for this song... so u just have to find your own... i like to mix and match the original tab and the other tabs posted in the comment, its sounds cool...
Guitar323k13l - 2006-09-25
hey the original tab is 100% correct. if you need proof go to Paul's myspace blog where he has just posted a video teaching you how to play it. as for any strumming in the chorus i just play that line throughout...mainly because he doesnt say to play anything different in the vid. anyway go to
www.myspace.com/paulwright
for the video

add another 7th at the end before you refrain.its a beginners tab and can be tricky. to get the notation on the sliding parts hit you first not on the slide (2 to 3) (3 to 5) but not 3 to 7. 5 is the tab you'll hit before 7 and your three should still be ringing at this juncture. then thumb 7 to 5. you get my drift and enjoy.
