You can also capo 1 and use E, B, C#m/G# and A in that same pattern to make it easier and sound a little cooler, but the chords are definately right :). God bless

Hey, good job on the chords. Another option that may strike fancy is capo 5,
C, G, Am, F. Same chords, just may be a more familiar chord pattern. Just a Thought, if you want to get fancy, try to finger pick the piano part, haha!!
