I've seen a lot of posts of this song that use alternate tunings (open-C or open-D mostly). Actually, you could play this perfectly well without all that cheesy alt. tuning stuff. :-) Like this:

Intro:
F#m Dsus2 Esus2
E------------------------------------------------------------------
B------------------------------------------------------------------
G----------2-2--------------7-7-------------9-9-------------9-9----
D------4-4-----4-4------7-7-----7-7-----9-9-----9-9-----9-9-----9-9
A--4-4--------------5-5-------------7-7-------------7-7------------
E--2-2-------------------------------------------------------------

As for the rest of the song, it goes like this:
Verse: F#m D E x4
Chorus: F#m E A B | F#m E D A (repeat)
[Intro x1]
[Verse]
[Chorus x2]
Bridge: F#m D x4
Guitar solo: F#m (2 measures) D (2 measures) x2
Coda ("Never knew that I..."): F#m->E x3 D->A/C# x3 (repeat)
[Chorus x2]
[Bridge]

ugh, submitting the post removed the spaces...the intro is this:

D------4-4-----4-4------7-7-----7-7-----9-9-----9-9-----9-9-----9-9

E--2-2-------------------------------------------------------------

You can play it like that but I was tabbing it for how 12 Stones plays it and since everything else they play is downtuned, this one prob is too.
