I think these chords work better.

Verse:
G C
G C
G Dm
Fm Am C D

Prechorus:
Em A C

Chorus:
G Em C D
G Em C D
C D Em A
A C G

Ah, this one is much better. Thanks!

A little minor mistake in the chorus...It goes
G G/B Em C D

In between G and Em...you quickly strum a G/B...the tab for that is
E|---3
B|---3
G|---0
D|---0
A|---0
E|---2

The last two parts of the chorus is a little mixed up...it goes

C D Em C
A C D G

But good job on the tab...it helped me to learn the song myself!!!

You are right about adding the G/B, but I just wanted to point out that that is, I think, the wrong fingering. You have 2 on the E, which is a F#, which is not in a G chord. G/B is simply a G chord with a B on top such like this:

e|---x
B|---3
G|---0
D|---0
A|---2
E|---x

I find it a little easier to play it this way though.

e|---3
B|---0
G|---0
D|---0
A|---2
E|---x

This way you don't have to mute the e string, but is equally accurate.

taking your tab and learning the song from it, i have modified it to sound better on a solo acoustic guitar and things like that.

Verse:
G C2
G C2
G Dm
Fm Am C2 D

Prechorus:
Em A C2

Chorus:
G G/E C2 D
G G/E C2 D
C2 D G/E C2
A7 C G

the C being changed to C2 (X32033) and the Em being changed to G/E (022033) doesn't really make a big difference but it's smoother and sounds better to me. However towards the end of the chorus the first A chord being changed to C2 and the second A chord being changed to A7 (X02020) i think makes a difference to how it sounds. thanks for the tab

Im not so sure but I think that between the C and the G at the end of the chorus there should be a D7. so it goes A C D7 G
