Submitted by: iamthemetalkingHidden Album: The Hammering Process by Living Sacrifice on Solid State Records. tabbed by, me, Sean (iamthemetalking) email me at kasper.donut@gmail.com with your comments and/or corrections. or msg at sean_dogg41@hotmail.com once again, i do not see the other version as correct, so here is my own interpretation...i will also redo my hidden solo which is also found on christianguitar.org. there is no mistakes, this tab should be perfect, so you can play along. tuning: drop d flat. Riff 1 when playing the notes on the 4th string(d), pick it numerous times, very quickly;for all notes. repeat as needed. e------------------------------------- b------------------------------------- g------------------------------------- d----0---1------0--------------------- a----------0-1----0-0-0-0-1-0--------- D--0---0------0---0-0-0-0-1-0--------- bass thing, then... riff 2 repeat as needed. e------------------------------------- b------------------------------------- g------------------------------------- d------------------------------------- a------------------------------------- D-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-2-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-5----- p/m................................... riff 2 then sneaks into riff 3 riff3--repeat as needed. *** twice in that riff, throw in a '5'...you'll have to listen for it. basically the same as the previous riff. e------------------------------------- b------------------------------------- g------------------------------------- d------------------------------------- a-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-2--------------------- D-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-2--------------------- then to riff one a couple of times then riff 4 after riff 1 repeat all this as needed. *the first time through, there is somekind of effect, i don't use a pedal or nothing, so your on your own to figure that one out. d------------------------------- a----------------------1--3----- D--0-2-3-2-5-2-0-2-00----------- p/m.................. as that riff builds, you eventually let off the heavy palm mute, and you eventualy play this... d----------------------3-5--- a--0-2-3-2-5-2-0-2-00--1-3--- D--0-2-3-2-5-2-0-2-00-------- riff 5 guitar 1 d--0---------0------- a--0------3--0------- D--0------3--0------- and over top of that guitar 2 (lead) d-------------------------------- a---3/5-5-5-5-\3-3/6-6-6-8------- D-------------------------------- guitar 2's riff is twice as fast as guitar 1's so guitar 2 does that riff twice, and guitar 1 does his once. then... guitar 1 d--------------------------------------------- a-0000--00-000000--00-000000--00-0000--00----- D-0000--00-000000--00-000000--00-0000--00----- mute the strings in between each set. Thats pretty much the pattern for guitar 1, its easy to pick up. over that, guitar 2, the noise guitar plays... with a wierd effect, i don't know...you don't really need an effect. e-------------- b-------------- g---12--------- d---17--------- a-------------- D-------------- after the even the vocals start, keep playing that...eventually guitar 1 will continue playing his thing, but guitar 2 will play what he did in riff 5. then he slides into this (x2) e------------------------- b------------------------- g--3-3-3-3-3\1-1/5-5-5-7-- d------------------------- a------------------------- D------------------------- then the solo, which i did earlier, but i'll redo it cause there were minor mistakes. guitar 1 plays this throughout, hold the notes. listen for the timing. d-------------- a-0---1---0---- D-0---1---0---- lead guitar solo. e------------------------------------------------------------- b------------------------------------------------------------- g--------------------------------------------5h7h8p7--7b8-r7~- d-------------5h7h8p7-8p7p5h7-----------5h7h8----------------- a--------5h7h8---------------------5h7h8---------------------- D---5h7h8---------------------5h7h8--------------------------- solo cont'd e------------------------------------- b---------7-8-7h8p7p5h7p5--------15~-- g--7h8-------------------8-7h8p7------ d------------------------------------- a------------------------------------- D------------------------------------- solo cont'd p/m ... ...(VERY lightly) e---17-0-0-15-0-0------------------------------ b----------------18-17~-17h18p17p15------------ g----------------------------------17(/19\0)--- d---------------------------------------------- a---------------------------------------------- D---------------------------------------------- do that part up there 4 times, then play the part in brackets on the fourth time then d---------------- a---------------- D--0-0---10///0-- then...repeat as needed d----------------------3-5--- a--0-2-3-2-5-2-0-3-00--1-3--- D--0-2-3-2-5-2-0-3-00-------- then e------------------------------------- b------------------------------------- g------------------------------------- d------------------------------------- a-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-2--------------------- D-0-2-3-2-3-2-0-2--------------------- then that goes into guitar 2 doing this. d--------------------------------------- a---(3/5-5-5-5-\3-3/6-6-6-8)x2-----0~~-- D----------------------------------0~~-- i may be wrong but guitar 1 just holds this till the end its hard to say because of the sound interference... d--------------- a-0-0-0-0------- D-0-0-0-0------- and thats it, enjoy.
