Hey this is Breakawayrocks...
after playing this song with my band we found that an Am needs to go between the last 3 F and G patterns in the verses.
Enjoy!

I agree!!!!

Dude, you F9 is right, but I don't believe it's called an F9. Just to make the tab easier though, it's:
e--1
B--1
D--0
G--3
A--3
E--x

That's Csus, not an F9. ;)

Great chords but the F9 does sound kinda strange. But other than that OH! and the Am thing in the above comments great job!

Yeah, if you're gonna play F9 up there, it'll be
e|3
B|1
G|0
D|3
A|3
E|(1)
, or something to that effect. I haven't tried out these chords yet, so I don't know how F9 would fit in... but that's one version of F9. I say (1) for the E string because otherwise it would be F9/C, which is also Csus4, as said before. But anyway, that's F9. Going by the other votes though, it looks like this is a pretty good set of chords! Nice one!

The second verse is more major-sounding. You can tell this by listening to the bass line. Instead of going E-F-G in the beginning as the bass does in the first verse, it goes E-F#-G in the second verse. So, I think the guitar does something like this for the second verse:
Em D G Em7 C2 (or Cadd5) C
Em D G Em7 C2
F9 C G F9 C G
F9 C Em A D
I could be wrong, but it sounds about right for that second verse.
The x33013 cord works pretty well for most of the rest of the song.
