Capo 1

Intro:
G (X4)

Verse:
G C G/B Am (X2)

Bridge:
G C G D
G C D

Chorus:
G D/F# Em D C D (X2)

The verses do sort of a walkup/down from C to G/B to Am, just work with it.
You guys can figure out where in the song to switch to each chord.
I'm almost positive these are the right chords. Any corrections you have to
the song just let me know. God luck and God bless. It's a beautiful
song. Enjoy it!

great job on this

the only thing different is on the pre chorus which i think that is what you are refering to as the bridge is actually
G/B C
G D
G/B Dsus

God bless

stryperfan - 2005-02-13

one more thing the chorus is G G/F# Em C Dsus

God Bless

samk90 - 2005-04-23

G/F# is the same thing as D/F# or Dsus/F#

krnxdannyboi27 - 2005-07-08

it should be

intro: G C (x2)

verse: G C B/G Am (x2)

pre-chorus: B/G C G D
B/G C D

chorus: G G/F# Em B/G C D

Hi I was wondering if any of you could teach me what the fingering is for G/B. It comes right after C and before Am.

acousticpunker - 2005-09-03

Hey guy's I notice on the CD that in the beginning, and in a fiew other parts the guitar bounces back and forth between two notes. Does any one know what the exact tab is for that, That would go with this version?

Thanks a bunch,
The Acousticpunker

I think I know what you're referring to. I don't think they are 2 different chords; just different variations of playing G. I think its just a G (320033) "bouncing" back and forth with a G that simply mutes the bottom E string (32003x).

walkersc - 2005-09-13

The G/B fingering is 020033.

HENNANI - 2005-10-02

ON THE G/B YOU COULD ALSO USE Em7 TO MAKE THINGS EASIER ..... VERY GOOD SONG

shiner25 - 2006-01-27

the two note "bounce" at the beginning is between the second and fourth fret(from the capo) on the G string but thats hard to do while strumming so you can do it between open and the second fret(from the capo) on the A string if you want.
