you left out a few chords, so here's my revision:

in the verse it goes B, A, G, D, A (The B, A, & G getting a full measure and the last D, and A splitting the fourth measure)

In the chorus it's:
D G A (x2)
D A B/F#
D G (no A on the last line of the chorus)

the "bridge" (I'm sickened by compassion)
D, A, C, G, A
