Finally! A tab for this song!

Great job first of all, I didn't even bother trying to figure this song out, so you have me there.

I give you a five for all except for the riff thats in the intro. I tried it, and it seemed like you missed a few notes, and put in a few extras that didn't need to be in.

sanctusfan14 - 2004-09-03

good job, looks right cuz im tabbin the song, i havnt tried urs right, all i cant get is the intro 2 solo thing.......but i dont wanna copy...lol

SRguitarfrk444 - 2005-02-12

ok the intro thing doesnt sound right to me so this is what i think it is...(i think chris has an octave effect going too) half step down

G-s9---------------------------
D---9-9-7---9--11-9------------
A---------11-12-----9p7h9p7~----

play it twice in and thats that...peace
kenny

G-s9---------------------------
D---9--------------------------
A-----11-9-7-11---12-11-9-7h9p7
E---------------9--------------

I added the F#(standard tuning) on the E string a the 9th fret. Otherwise the this part of the tab is correct. Excellent melodic lick in a great pop-rock tune. Clever lyrics.

BSFCanalWOH - 2005-06-11

i noticed that too.
hey jolek 14, nice tab. I'm a relatively new player, so i may be way off, but i was listening to the song and I noticed there was a riff in verse 2 right near where he says, "six o'clock story on the nightly news" and I think I figured it out, so here it is:
eb-------------------------------------
Bb----9-11-13-11-9-8----8-9-14-13-11---
Gb-------------------10----------------
Db-------------------------------------
Ab-------------------------------------
Eb-------------------------------------
I'm not too sure about what the note on the Gb string really is,
but it sounds close enough to me. Hey, let me know if this sounds good to you guys. THX.

BSFCanalWOH - 2005-06-13

oops, I messed up, here is the correct tab.
eb----------------------------------------
Bb----------------------------------------
Gb--9-11-13-11-9-8----8-9-14-13-11-13-----
Db-----------------11---------------------
Ab----------------------------------------
Eb----------------------------------------

I'm sure this is correct.
It is also in the second part of the first verse, right before the chorus.

JohnM - 2005-07-19

Good tab.

Undertone's intro is correct.

BSFCanalWOH, if you look back that part is actually in the original tab as posted, under verse 1. It's played as octaves tho.

LOTRFanatic - 2006-03-11

whats up w/ the chorus the chords seem all wrong and the last 4-6 notes in the intr seem off but the second intro i figured out based off yours
