You've missed out a 4 fretted chord in the intro. It's right before all the 7 fretted chords. Also, if you want to be correct with the timing it's a little off. The "Breakdown" parts are a little bit hard to read. (What does those dots mean on the A and the B string?) I haven't checked everything yet, but apart from these things it looks pretty good.
