at the last part on the last time through there should be a G Major between the A and the Bm

Also, it should be in Capo 1.

actually there is no capo for this song if you want to do it like starfield..but if you do have a higher voice...it comes in handy lol

actually, if you want to play it in the same key as starfield than it is capo 1. They play it on capo 8 in "G" which make it in the key of "D#", therefore if you are going to play it in a "D" then you need to capo it on 1.

This song is actually played on capo 7 and not 8

hey! i just read the arguments about where to put your capo in this song, so i took out my guitar so i could end the debate! if you want to play the song in the same key as on the recording, you have to put your capo on 1 or 8 depending on which sound you like better(it's still the same key). but, when you're doing this song with your own band, who really cares what key it's in, as long as it's used to worship God! but yeah, capo 1!!

just another note, the people that are saying that you use capo 7 for this song are not wrong, they probably just play it in another key. The one that's called "Cry in my Heart(Cd Version)" on this website uses capo 7, but it's written in a different key than this one!

The simple truth is, if you play this song with no capo, just Bar Chords, it's a lot easier and the sound will be as close to as the CD's.
btw.. Capo 1 will make it an F note. Capo 7 will make it a C note.
No capo is required for this song. If you can't play without a Capo, then learn to do it. It's a lot better to do so, not only easier, but helps you with strenght and quickness.

Sorry.. Capo 8 is a C, Capo 7 is a B...

k... sorry guys but i think that it IS capo 7 and the first chord is D... and u can go from there. there is also that sweet picking riff in the background that whole time. i am trying to figure that stuff out. but i agree with hoo ever said that this song is to praise GOD. play it what ever key ur comfortable with.
