    Well that's it! Great band, great album, great song.
I think this is about 80% correct.There are a few things
I'm not sure about. I'm sure the background guitar at the
bridge and the transition is not what I tabbed out. 
Just experiment.

Tuning should also be drop C or C # depending on how u want to hold you chords
